Following it's sell-out run in the Dublin Fringe Festival 2012, this November Gonzo Theatre's The Circus of Perseverance is back! This rambunctious, highly profane production will immortalise one of the most testing times in Dublin’s history. The talented cast includes Rex Ryan (Best Male Performer nominee in Dublin Fringe Awards 2013; The Birthday Man, Gonzo Theatre) and Andy Kellegher (Game of Thrones; Playboy of the Western World, Druid). This riotous script earned Philip Doherty a nomination for the Stewart Parker Trust Award, following on from his earlier success this year as winner of the PJ O'Connor Award for Radio Drama.

Out of the ashes of a burnt and charred city, rise the heroic adventures of characters on the fringes of an absurd society. With the ringmaster as narrator and our capital as the backdrop, seven interwoven stories are blasted into life in a mesmerizing disco of scenes.

Praise for the show in 2012:
